OTG Fitness is a private, personal training gym located in Webster, TX. The gym is reserved for clientele only and allows those clientele 24 hour access to the facility. Weight loss and general health and fitness training is what we specialize in! The owner was once overweight himself and his commitment to fitness is what has allowed this gym to be open. Clients do their fitness training in a private or semi private setting. Outside of those training sessions, they are guided 1 on 1 through all other aspects of fitness including nutrition and lifestyle choices. We have online and hybrid programs available as well so can service anyone in League City, Friendswood, Clear Lake, and all surrounding areas around Houston.
