The Texas Center For Sport Psychology was founded in 2010 by Dr. Julie L. Wiernik who specializes in clinical and sport psychology. The center works with athletes at all levels to help them reach optimal performance. Over the years Dr. Wiernik has worked with athletes from all types of sports from the youth to the professional level. Many of the techniques and strategies used with athletes have also been used with business professionals and with performing arts professionals helping individuals reach their optimal performance.
