We are located on the roundabout connecting Pederson Rd. and Kingsland Blvd., right next to Bryant Elementary. This is the third Pet Supplies Plus (PSP) store in Katy, and it will be known as Katy-Young Ranch. The Katy-East store is located at the corner of Highland Knolls Drive and Westgreen Blvd just west of the Walmart Neighborhood Market. The Katy-West store is located at 5215 FM 1463, on the corner of FM 1463 and Cinco Ranch Blvd and just across the street from the new Fulshear HEB. Store Team Leader Kaitlin has over 13 years of industry experience, and is the pet parent of 2 dogs. Kaitlin has been with PSP-Katy since 2015, and has opened all 3 locations with us. She first managed the Katy-West location, which was the #1 ranked customer service store in the entire country for 2016-2017. In 2018 she went on to open and manage the Katy-East location, up until October of 2019, when she moved to the Young Ranch store. Our grooming team will be lead by Nicole who has over 14 years of industry experience, who is also now managing the Katy-East store. Nicole is the pet parent of 1 dog, 2 cats, and a bearded dragon. Nicole will be managing the grooming teams at all 3 locations. All stores will be supported by our Operations Manager Bryce, the pet parent of 2 dogs, who will keep our stores in excellent shape while making sure that we always have the product you need for your fur baby. Coming in as our Petcare Operations Manager is Stephen, who will oversee all 3 of our store's live animal departments to ensure everyone is happy and healthy before making their way to their furever home.
