Body Machine Fitness classes utilize sound, lights and movement to stimulate your nervous system. The experience looks and feels like a nightclub, but is driven with neuroscience. Our 45-minute mixed cardio/strength workouts are based on HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) which include rounds of floor work and treadmill.
