Monroe Harding continues to change young people’s lives every day. Founded in 1893 as an orphanage, Monroe Harding now serves children and youth who are in state’s custody. We believe every child deserves the chance for a better life. Our programs include Foster Care, Independent Living, and Youth Connections Resource Center for older youth. Our range of services includes foster care for children from birth to 18 years old; educational support,workforce development, financial literacy - most importantly - the guidance and support of a caring adult..
