Hi, I am Rosalyn G Fanti owner/operator of Saddle Brook Farm. I am a graduate from S.U.N.Y at Stony Brook where I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. While there I rode for the equestrian team for 4 years. I then continued with my studies at Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy, where I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy. We live on a 49 acre farm in beautiful Dandridge,TN with our animals. Our sheep project began with 4-H and has now bloomed into a booming business. We have several different kinds of sheep available: CVM's, East Fresians, and Club lambs. With the addition of sheep and goats to our farm came the need for livestock guardians and herding dogs. For guarding, Anatolian were the best choice for us. For herding, we chose Toy and Mini Australian shepherds because they were a perfect match for our babydoll sheep. Since the addition of these beautiful dogs to our farm, our lives have been forever changed. They complete our farm and are such a joy to work with. In our breeding program, we strive to keep the traditional look and substance of the aussie but in a smaller package. We are working on breeding excellent quality show and working dogs.
