The Carolinas Center promotes innovation and excellence in advanced illness at the end of life throughout North and South Carolina. The Carolinas Center (TCC) is the leading voice for quality end of life care in the Carolinas, representing an extensive number of hospice and palliative care providers in North and South Carolina. Since 1977, TCC has provided visionary leadership, pertinent education, technical assistance, advocacy, and resources to end of life care providers across the two states. On behalf of diverse populations, perspectives, and preferences at end of life, TCC pursues strong partnerships across the two states, and beyond. Collaboratively, we seek to promote understanding and effect positive changes across the healthcare system in order to strengthen end of life care. Our progressive educational programs and services include the award-winning monthly audio series known as Breakfast for Brainiacs and the distribution of several electronic newsletters.
