A small, neighborhood training and fitness gym, Small Town Fitness focuses efforts on building a better fit and more active community. Each person that comes to the gym or inquires about our classes adds to the fitness pool. For us that is what it is all about. As fitness trainers, we are as dedicated to health as we are education and safety and our sessions are designed to be functionally challenging while providing real world fitness.
