We are a family owned business serving the Utica/Rome area. Side Kicks is wonderful place for families to learn how to make themselves stronger physically, mentally, emotionally and socially while learning important LIFE SKILLS that help them to be their BEST in life! Our facility is designed especially for the comfort and safety of all our students. Our staff has over than 25 years of experience working with children and adults of all ages. We have Adult Kickboxing classes as well as children and adult Martial Arts classes ages 4 and up.. Our goal is to provide a safe and family-oriented martial arts experience for students of all ages with a specialty in helping child develop the YES I CAN Attitude!
