Veterinary Care Unlimited was established in early 1991 by its founders, Dr. Theresa Paoloni and Ria Puma. In 1991 Dr. Paoloni, Ria and their small staff of one receptionist and two technicians began providing that high quality care to one pet at a time. The Ozone Park community rapidly grasped this concept and today Dr. Paoloni, Ria and their experienced staff of sixteen have extended that same care to thousands of pets throughout NY.
