Early Steps Learning Foundation Lead Teachers and support staff support the growth and development of your child’s education. Our goal is to build meaningful relationships with the families and children who are enrolled here at ESL-Foundation. All staff maintain a level of professionalism while continuing to be educated through early childhood education training through Think Small. All of our Teachers and Support Staff strive on preparing your child for Kindergarten by offering educational opportunities to challenge your child’s cognitive development, we find that by implementing curriculum in smaller group sizes the kiddos gather more information from learning exercises. This method also encourages strong Teacher and student bonds built on love and trust. Children are the worlds future Einstein’s, A child who is nurtured with love will in return show love to others! Our little friends are encouraged and taught the skill they need to soar through the world cognitively, socially and emotionally.
