After an incident involving carbon monoxide fumes while diving with a gasoline-driven Hookah system, we were inspired to seek out a safer and greener alternative. We researched what other dealers were selling. during our search we found out no one was offering filtered compressor units and reserve air tanks on most models. If you did find one it was using minimal filtration. We decided to develop our own 12-volt powered surface air system that had all these features and more. We took it one step further to make sure we always have at least three filters plus the reserve air tanks built into all our systems. After extensive dive testing and using these units ourselves, we finally succeeded in the first Gator Gill. Our next step was It had to be affordable, durable, and dependable if we were going to survive this monopolized Hookah diving market. We needed something to set us apart from all the rest and keeping it simple. We also decided to offer numerous parts and supplies from our website to allow others to build or repair their own Hookah diving system. This practice is considered taboo in the Hookah diving industry. Today 9 years later we are still continually adding new items to our website.
