Our dedication to delicious deli sandwiches began in Fresno, California 25 years ago when we took over a little restaurant on Shaw Avenue. After a few years, one restaurant wasn't enough to meet popular demand so we opened a second location, then a third, and the rest is history. We use only the freshest produce, premium deli meats, and terrific homestyle bread made locally! Our restaurants serve more than just terrific sandwiches – there are also salads, soups, and fabulous french fries (We're known for them!) and now, yummy cheesecake desserts.
