It has been several years of loving what I do. It is my pleasure to market homes for Sellers and helps Buyers find the right home. I remember a homecoming on the market that was a good choice for my client. Phone calls were going back and forth and schedules worked out that we went and saw the home pretty late. I want to say it was after 8:30 pm. We were laughing so hard in the middle of the street. Who is crazy enough to go house shopping so late. The house was in real bad shape. Then the magic happened. The agent offered a home that wasn't on the market yet. Of course, we went to see it right then! Serendipity is a beautiful thing. The house was perfect. Who doesn't like a 3 car garage?
