ABOUT US The Tango Room Dance Center is where the Tango lives - the first and still the premier studio in Los Angeles dedicated to Argentine Tango. We offer Argentine Tango classes for beginners through the most advanced dancers, as well as practicas and milongas with some of the best social tango dancing in Los Angeles. ​ Because The Tango Room is not a studio where tango is just one of many classes offered but where Argentine Tango is the premier dance taught, it is also the home of the Tango Conservatory of Los Angeles (TCLA) a school backed by eighty years of tango experience. TCLA offers a well-structured program for those who are serious about becoming well-rounded social dancers knowledgeable not only about the dance but the culture and the music as well. TCLA classes and workshops are taught from real experience, not information gleaned from Wikipedia or youtube. TCLA students are comfortable stepping onto any dance floor around the world. ​ The Tango Room Dance Center also offers classes in Ballroom Dance, Zumba (both regular and Zumba Gold), Salsa, Yoga and Line Dancing R&R. We have many years experience of providing Wedding Choreography for hundreds of happy couples. ​ The Tango Room Dance Center studio is available for rental for rehearsals, auditions, private parties and special events.
