as a private personal training gym. We’re a hybrid gym. We do a couple of different styles of training in our facility. We are open to the public during gym hours or you can sign up for private training with one of our trainers. We also have group classes suited for all areas of fitness. We believe in training your mind, body, and soul. You need to Believe to Achieve. Since The Fit Spot has started, the facility has grown tremendously. The Fit Spot is changing people’s lives through health and fitness. We love what we are creating. It’s bigger than fitness and working out. It’s a lifestyle.
