A former Assistant District Attorney in Luzerne County, Attorney Olexa is a graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law and he also received his Masters in Business Administration from Syracuse University&aposs Whitman School of Management. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.&#10Attorney Michael Casari joined Olexa Law Offices in 2016. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Scranton, earning a B.A. in History. He went on to graduate from the Widener University School of Law. While in law school he received numerous accolades for his academic performance and graduated in the top third of his class. Prior to joining Olexa Law Offices, Attorney Casari clerked for the Honorable Correale F. Stevens at the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He is also licensed in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Attorney Casari concentrates his practice in the area of civil law and litigation, including family law, wills &amp estates, labor law, worker&aposs compensation and elder law. He is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
