Identical twins Max & Leo Candidus always thought pizza was the perfect food: easy to eat, handy to take on the run and just plain delicious. But they knew it could be even better. So they bought a trailer, armed it with a coal-fired pizza oven and went on a mission to develop the greatest pizza imaginable. They obsessively worked to pair premium ingredients with the 900 degree oven until it was perfected. The result is the award-winning, crispy, delicious, fire-kissed pie that has delighted pizza lovers in their original restaurant in Newton, MA and now in Lincoln Park!
