Let’s just put it out into the universe. We love Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This website is a shrine to our love of personal self-defense, martial arts, and especially Jiu-Jitsu. Why do we love BJJ? Let’s count the ways. We love that anyone can learn, practice, train, and improve. Is everyone 6 feet tall and muscular? No, most of us are not. But can everyone benefit from learning BJJ? Yes! Classes are filled with people of different ages, sizes, and backgrounds. We don’t just mean the beginner classes. Regardless of your fitness level when you begin training, you will eventually become more fit, feel better and learn a wonderful skill. If you are truly open to the idea of self-improvement, your whole life may change.
