We maintain full nadcap certification and are AS9100D certified. Our heat-treating facility is equipped with automatic atmosphere-controlled furnaces, tempering furnaces, cryo-tempering furnaces, nitriding retort furnaces, hydrogen annealing furnaces, vacuum furnaces, an induction heat treating unit, flame hardener, and austemper/mar quenching pit. All furnaces and instrumentation are microprocessor controlled and surveyed for uniformity on schedule with all applicable specifications.
