During his general surgery training at The University of Tennessee in Memphis and plastic surgery training at The University of Alabama in Birmingham, Dr. Shell recognized the unmet need for plastic and reconstructive surgery in North Mississippi. Dr. Shell is in private practice in Oxford. Dr. Shell is certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery, a member of The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
