Listing Information:
Crocker Law Firm is a personal injury law firm in Bowling Green, Kentucky. We represent people who are injured and families of people who have been killed, due to the negligence of others.

We help people who have been hurt in motor vehicle collisions, including car accidents, motorcycle accidents, and accidents involving large commercial vehicles like dump trucks and semi-tractor trailers. We have represented many people hurt by drunk drivers. We have also represented people who are hurt by drivers talking on their phones or texting. As part of this practice we pursue liability claims against the at-fault parties, as well as uninsured and underinsured motorist claims through the victim’s insurance or through other insurance policies that may apply. In wrongful death cases we pursue compensation for families of the victims.

In our worker’s compensation practice, we help people hurt on the job in claims through the Kentucky Worker’s Compensation system.

We help people hurt in animal attacks or in falls caused by dangerous conditions. We also help people who have suffered due to abuse or neglect in nursing homes or due to medical malpractice.

In our social security disability practice we help people with severe injuries or medical conditions get social security disability benefits and the Medicaid or Medicare coverage that they need to get proper medical care.

Our office is located in Bowling Green, Kentucky, but we represent injury victims throughout the Kentucky area and in Tennessee. There are many auto cases involving both Kentucky and Tennessee insurance law because the driver is from one state and the accident occurred in the other. We have a great deal of experience in cases involving both Kentucky and Tennessee.
