Acceptance Counseling Services is a group of Mental Health Therapists that focus on helping adults, teens, adolescents, couples, and families to improve their lives. Some of the modalities of treatment that we practice include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Family Systems Theory, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) among others. We also feel very confident in treating depression, anxiety, marriage/family issues, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, mood disorders (BiPolar or SAD), thought disorders, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder issues. Serving Boise, Meridian, Eagle, and surrounding areas.
