For 22 years our unique and funky barn has been a Yoga studio presence near the foothills of Boulder, Colorado. In March 2020 life and times dictated change. We now offer our Yoga online AND in limited numbers, in the studio. So, no matter where you are you have quality yoga classes near you. And honestly – I’m as amazed as anyone as to how well we all have adapted, supported and learned. We specialize in yoga for the seasoned traveler of life and those who choose to thrive at any age. In these uncertain times, chaos, anxiety and overwhelm are very much in play and its often exhausting, but these are the times we live in. Yoga can help. Yoga helps foster resilience, balance, connection and flexibility in body AND mind and spirit. I’d love you to give us a try.
