With 20 years of diverse training and experience, I am able to take a comprehensive, skills-based and solution-focused approach to therapy that allows you to make the changes you desire faster. Whether you are dealing with problems of relationship, depression, anxiety, stress, addiction or trauma, I have the skills to address the complexity of biochemical, emotional, relational, and behavioral factors that may be involved. This comprehensive approach allows me to work with each person based on their individual needs and style and that need may change session to session.
