About Us We provide pets with animal neurosurgery services here in Mission Viejo and surrounding areas such as Rancho Santa Margarita. We focus on conditions that affect an animal’s nerves, spinal cord, muscles, and brain. Our BrightCare Veterinary Group neurologists attended additional years of training and education after they attended veterinary school. While attending school, these specialists treated dogs and cats the most. However, they also may attend to other animals like livestock or horses. Neurosurgery takes hard work, patience, accuracy.
