We opened our doors in January of 2000 to our location in Irvine, Orange County. We are a women-led (mother and 2 daughters) establishment that chose to embark on this journey to provide our customers with the same quality, authenticity, freshness, and care that mom, her mother, and her mother’s mother had served at the dinner table day after day for over four generations. We understand the impact of importing high-quality herbs, spices, peppers, and the like directly from Peru in order to provide you our idea of Peruvian plated perfection here in California.
