Lying in this little piece of Wyoming heaven is the Diamond S Ranch, and our artisan Raw Milk micro-dairy. It's one of the reasons our happy cows make such delicious milk! The dairy is only one portion of our operation - our main ranching income comes from our cow/calf beef herd. We sell truckloads of calves in November each year, with new calves being born in March and April.
