We have been stressing the fact that reservations come highly recommended. Let me explain this idea. Although you look at our space and there is seating for 270! and 3/4's are empty, Please understand that our kitchen is very very small. We don't have frozen, pre-made ANYTHING, (except for the fresh bread and pizza crust Jon makes himself the day before)Each order is made in the "order it was received" We are maxed out when our numbers reach 30 people per 1/2 hour. I have NO desire to turn ANYONE away!!!! So, if you call first, perfect, if you don't, please know that it may be a while. But think of it this way.... This is not a stuffy, cramped and noisy place to have to "wait to be seated" you can walk our nature trail, check out the plants and gifts for sale, sit on the lawn and watch the dragon fly race around the pond or the hummingbirds dart right up close to the patio to get a drink from a flower, Have a drink yourself! Relax for a bit and we will be with you AS SOON AS WE CAN!
