We're so confident you will like us that we'll give you your first class for free. We're different from your average karate school because: We teach karate for the purpose it was originally intended -- Self-Defense. No fancy high-kicks and flips. No competition chasing trophies or medals. We teach skills you can use on the street if you need them. We teach Adults. Yes, there are some teens in our classes (13+) and we love having them. But the average age of our students is 45-55. You are never too old to start your karate journey. Denise teaches the Womens and the Moms & Teens Self Defense Karate Classes. We live and breathe the Okinawan Shorin Ryu Shidokan values of Friendship, Cooperation, and Learning. You'll find a second family here.
