Since 1982, Diamonds, Pearls & Jade has been one of most reputable names in the jewelry industry. The company was founded by Sophia Prinz, Ph.D. and in 1992. James Harris, Ph.D. became a partner and co-owner. It is the only jewelry store in the US run by 2 partners both with earned doctorate degrees and considered a GIA (Gemological Institute of America) store. Jim and Sophia, are GIA certified diamond experts, members Jewelers of America, and of several International and American jewelry and gem organizations.
