At Azaria Intercessory Group with Compassion, we believe that little or no access to livelihoods or jobs can land a family in poverty, absolutely no work means that generations can be set back indefinitely. This impacts the quality of life in our undeserved communities especially vulnerable people like widows, orphans, girl children and survivors of gender-based violence. e most enduring way to transform lives with love and compassion is through our work as a faith-based organization. We aspire to help them to achieve self-sufficiency, financial freedom and stability through our vocational programs, job creation and grants to existing or new small businesses. We challenge our beneficiaries to become role models to others in their communities by being good stewards of opportunities given to them and collaborating with each other. Through our work, we partner with non-profit organizations, churches, their leaders, and affiliates to provide the following: Foodstuff, clothes, over the counter medication Cover the cost education for the less privileged at a school we sponsor including teachers and caregivers’ salaries Give grants to start or support small businesses Azaria Intercessory Group with Compassion has been dedicated to ministering and reaching out to widows, girl child, and orphans inspired by two fundamental scriptures (Matthew 25:40, Proverbs 14:31) based on the commission given by Jesus Christ our lord and savior. Our team has been creating solutions to poverty with our many partners since it was founded on October 10, 2010, We listen to the voices of communities to understand their most pressing needs and priorities. We work with governments in Haiti, Nigeria, Kenya and other parts of Africa to intervene and bridge the gender gaps that might be contributing to the plight of widows, orphans and survivors of gender-based violence, and the Fulani Herdsmen. We are committed to being transparent in our operations, accountability for monies donated for the furtherance of the mission. The leadership would like to inspire well-wishers, family and friends by showing them that genuine love and compassion goes a long way, they too can be change agents in the lives of people that need it the most. It is our heartfelt desire that we collaborate with churches, civil society organizations, policy advisors, employers, and major institutions to build strong and vital communities. We continue to solicit for funds, materials, and partnerships and to support our work and reach.
