With one of the largest weight rooms in all of ICT, the East Central club offers weight machines, free weights, TRX straps, and cable-assisted machines, letting you maximize your efforts. Unique features include a huge variety of cardio machines, two racquetball courts, basketball, and on-site childcare. Expert group fitness instructors lead daily classes including MOSSA programs, Zumba and yoga classes. Our Personal Training staff works closely with members who desire a one-on-one training experience. This gym features upscale locker rooms that include both dry sauna and whirlpool.
