Friends & Family Caregivers is a trusted provider of Indiana's Structured Family Caregiving program, offering financial, emotional, social, and other support to live-in caregivers across southern Indiana. Providing the care necessary to keep a loved one at home can be daunting. That's where we come in! Friends and Family Caregivers is here to ensure you are never alone. Participants and Caregivers get access to a dedicated care team consisting of a Nurse, Care Coach, and administrative support. Your team will work with you, getting to know you and the person you care for, allowing us to implement a care plan specific to individual needs. As things change, your care team will be there to work with and support you in creating better healthcare outcomes for your loved one.
