In 1972, following ten years of successful projects, they purchased property and built their current shop. In the early years,<span class=apple-converted-space> </span><strong>A & E Auto Upholstery</strong>serviced nearly all the dealers in the Melbourne area. As time went on the growth continued.</p><p>In 1984, following the retirement of Lou Hayes, Frank Boroff came to<span class=apple-converted-space> </span><strong>A & E Auto Upholstery</strong>. He brought with him the knowledge and experience in canvas, which initiated the canvas portion of the business.</p><p>In 2000, Donnie Hayes, the son of Donald Hayes came on board to learn the trade, ensuring the legacy continues. All of our employees have been with us for more 18 years. During this time we have built a cohesive atmosphere that shows in the work we do.</p>
