I provide therapy to individuals and couples and offer premarital counseling. The issues I work with are vast in scope ranging from depression, anxiety, codependency, conflict resolution, communication skills, spiritual issues, substance abuse, family of origin struggles, anger management and more. My approach to counseling is varied since individual needs and circumstances dictate the methods I use. I don’t approach any two people the same and personalize my methods for each situation and client.
