Slate Storage Newton specializes in climate-controlled self storage. We currently have 593 climate-controlled units that range from the smallest size of 5x5 to the largest of 10x30, with more room to build. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, affordable rates, a pristine clean building, and absolute security. It is the extraordinary one-on-one customer service that sets us apart. Working with the two on-site manager’s, who are reachable 24 hours a day, means you will only deal with us. You should never have to work with anyone but our site Manager and Assistant Manager. This allows us to cultivate a relationship with every tenant. We believe that the pinnacle of customer service can only be reached in that manner, and that is our goal.
